Dr. Spencer discovered running in middle school as a way to connect socially and improve for basketball—but it quickly became a lifelong passion. A pivotal conversation with Coach Chick Westby and standout runner Ryan Gasper inspired him to pursue cross country in high school, setting him on a path that would change his life. He went on to compete in track and cross country at Marquette University and later earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UW–Madison in 2018. Today, Spencer has taken his passion for running and movement into coaching and physical therapy where he is passionate about helping others move, heal, and thrive. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife Megan, and sons Elliot, Owen, and Aiden -- along with running, camping, hiking, fishing, sports (Go Bucks!), and a good local lager. As a physical therapist and business owner, his mission is simple: help others reach their goals and redefine what wellness can look like.
